3, 4, and 5-Axis CNC Milling

CNC milling typically involves rotating cutting tools which perform milling, sawing, and drilling functions that would otherwise be performed manually.  KUS maintains 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC mills equipped with automation technology to provide manufacturing for production runs of all scales. We are also able to produce more complex milling designs through CNC manufacturing’s programming software. 

CNC Turning

CNC turning is a technique that employs a rotating tool to shape metal bars and other materials. We use CNC software, such as CAD/CAM programs, to guide the tool movements during the bar shaping process. By utilizing the most efficient technologies available, we can ensure highly precise machinery results.

Wire EDM 

Our wire EDM uses CNC machinery to accurately and cleanly cut product pieces, often used for DEF equipment. Our cutting machines operate with both numerical controls and smart threading. Beyond equipment, our wire EDM machines are carefully adjusted throughout a project by our expert operators, ensuring every CNC machining order is completed with the highest quality.
