3-, 4-, and 5-Axis CNC Milling

We maintain 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC mills equipped with automation technology to provide manufacturing service for both large and small production runs. CNC milling typically involves rotating cutting tools that perform milling, sawing, and drilling functions that would otherwise be performed manually. Because CNC manufacturing uses programming software, this service is able to produce more complex milling designs.

CNC Turning

CNC Turning is a technique that employs a rotating tool to shape metal bars and other materials. We use CNC software, such as CAD/CAM programs, to guide the tool movements during the bar shaping process. By utilizing the most efficient technologies available, we are able to ensure that our CNC machining services result in highly precise end results.

Wire EDM

Our wire EDM services use CNC machinery to cleanly cut accurate product pieces, often used for DEF equipment. Our cutting machines operate using both numerical controls and smart threading. Additionally, our manufacturing process easily accommodates components with standard tolerances of +/-0.005”. We are capable of tighter tolerances in special circumstances, as our first priority is always to produce the highest quality products.
